We stopped for lunch and breakfast during our stay in Grand Forks. They have good burgers and breakfast items. They were really busy but the staff was friendly and efficient. Clean and nice decor

Found this place just driving through. What a great atmosphere.. Excellent service! Food served exactly as asked. Attentive and friendly. I will definitely stop here again

Not so good ...nice enough decor but slow service (there were only 2 other diners when we were there after lunch)....potatoe pancake special , $9.95 with no applesauce or sour cream....not that special....nice open kitchen but not a happy place behind the counter. Food needs to be much better for the prices of burgers and sandwiches. 2 stars for place but 1 star for the food

Not worth the stop! We travel through quite frequently and have wanted to try for awhile. So wish we hadn't! Way over priced for the quality you get. The burger patties have a funny flavour. The fries seemed to be re-heated and tips where burnt. My little one's burger patty was actually burnt, and for the $8 you only get ketchup in the mini burger... Server seamed so rushed for only 3 tables occupied in the whole resteraunt. Shakes are not true 50's style. (No wip or cherry). Server made a mistake on the shake order and instead of leaving it at our table for her mistake, she gave it to another table no charge. Not a place we will be returning. Not sure why there is so many good reviews.

One of the only places in GF open on Sunday morning...however the Happy Days are long and gone...arrived and told no menus available as all were already handed out??? Moving on we then sat at counter as was busy...waitress was nice considering what appeared to be the owner who was cooking and at same time berating most all of her staff...moved to a table to avoid her miserable aura...ordered breakfast from memory as no menus still available...we each had one pancake, 2 eggs w/ 2 strips bacon plus I had a side of "$4 mirage ham" added which was actually a half piece of sliced lunch meat thinner than the credit card we used to pay...$40+ spent but we learned a lesson. Forgot to mention the dirty floors and decrepit building actually for sale @ $350K...I doubt we caught it on a bad day so if you enjoy burning your hard earned money then don't miss out.
